Terms of Use for MV Remote

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the MV Remote mobile application (the “App”) operated by MV Remote (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MV Remote is a remote control application that allows you to control MultiViewer software running on your local network. The App provides features including remote control functionality, live timing data display, and other related features.

3. Subscription Services

3.1. MV Remote Pro Subscription

We offer the following subscription options for MV Remote Pro:

3.2. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal: Quarterly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal Pricing: The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless you cancel.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3.3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, unused portions of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Apple’s Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications, which can be found at:

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
Use the App in any manner that could damage or overburden our services

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MV Remote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
